Why Meditate
*The short version of my autobiography, edited 3/2/25*
Meditation is the science of awakening the brain’s capacity. Intensifies discipline, love, and calmness. For Spiritualists, meditation is the science of becoming of a higher consciousness of Spirit and in truth. As we meditate, we receive gifts of Spirit mentioned in the Bible and in The Heavens chapter of my book, becoming of Christ, and resurrecting into Spirit. As we awaken the Spirit, we have a calmness that is referred to as Samadhi. Advancing in your meditations, you will see the seven stars/golden candlesticks. Not churches, as religiously interpreted. Revelation 1:20 The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.
The seven churches are the 7 spiritual universes mentioned in my book chapter’ Spirit Answers. Because of my Spiritual gift, I have experienced that there are 106 levels to completing the seven chakras, which are the first body of the vehicle of the soul. After seeing the seven stars or Spiritual universes focusing on the 3rd eye, you will see them form a single star. Traveling into the star, you will be full of light. Matthew 6:22 “The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light”.
Non Spiritual and Spiritual Meditation
Benefits of Meditation for Non-Spiritualists: Meditation can significantly reduce or eliminate free radicals, stress, anxiety, depression, fear, and pain, enhancing peace, awareness, perception, self-concept, and well-being. Meditation can strengthen atoms by adding electrons, protons, and neutrons, improving comprehension, self-awareness, and image, and strengthening the brain by increasing neurons, capacity, and the feeling of love. Spiritual meditation can awaken our fulfilling Spirit. After finishing the causal universe of the fourth heaven, one’s Spirit can become a unique collective of God’s Body of Light [Spirits of Light]. The causal universe is not to be confused with the causal 3rd body of the soul which is still of the 1st heaven. Bobo Yoga Meditation will advance your meditation to a higher level more efficiently and quickly.
Please refer to the many online descriptions of the correct posture and how to meditate. I use a firm bed with several paddings, including wool, which I mention on my website due to injuries. I have found the ideal position for all body parts to achieve the highest energy without cramping or needing to move. I recommend starting meditating. Meditation Information
Up behind the back of your throat is that part of the medulla, which is an essential part of your meditation. The medulla at the base of the skull is the “Mouth of God” and in the Bible misinterpreted as the hands. Spirits energy inters through this area on the medulla. The 3rd eye refers to higher consciousness is between the lower part of your eyebrows. The super conscious is between the upper part of your eyebrows where your infinite Spirit is. In the Bible the mark of the beast and the servants of God are seen on the forehead ( in is the correct interpretation). The external occipital protuberance bump, also known as the bump of knowledge, is in the lower back of the head and the heart, is the window to the soul, which is in the Medulla.

I do this at the beginning of my meditation which HEALS, INCREASES MIND CAPACITY and SPIRITUAL ENERGY. Start with clean air and facing or directing your head ahead of the highest energy. This energy changes because of the earth’s rotation and magnetic field. This energy moves clockwise during the day from the North East. Starting at 5:45 AM to 7:45 AM, for people using daylight saving time. Moves counterclockwise during the night, moving from North West. Starting at 5:45 PM to 7:45 PM, for those observing daylight saving time. These times change depending where you are, each month and each year. Over the years, the distance of the movements changed, becoming longer before shortening again, meaning passing the East and west and reaching closer to the North. Use your mind, muscle test, or a good-quality pendulum to find the highest direction of the energy. This energy moves ahead of the Sun during the summer and follows the sun in the winter. I recommend placing yourself ahead of the energy to get the maximum absorption while meditating.

I still continued to see astral beings of all types. After 08/21/21
Certain negative individual astral souls, who were afraid of descending, were sent to me. Some waiting for Jesus to save them, firmly believing that he died for their sins. I assure them that descending is better than staying here. Informing them that what they learned about Hell and Jesus was a religious fear-inciting lie. Entering the second heaven and hell, which is a better hell than this place.
Astral beings awakened me at 4:15 am on Father’s Day 6/17/2018.
I went to my meditation room to meditate and determine who was there. To my surprise, it was my wife’s deceased aunt Margaret and an old friend Gary (who married us). They both asked, “What about me?” I had forgotten to pray for them. I was thrilled to realize that everyone’s prayers are heard.
Astral beings awakened me at 4:15 am on Father’s Day 6/17/2018.

On my birthday, October 25th, 2018 at 1:00 AM
while lying on my back, my third eye opened, and I saw a large oval head with glistening eyes right in front of me. Its eyes were in an endless black deep space, with veins coming from the center, glimmering with silver and white, the hottest colors of fire. It was a deterrent testing demon. It was a test of my ability to be deterred by demons. This encounter differed from my previous ones with evil astral beings who try to stop me from achieving the power of the Spirit. I have many frightening horror stories of encountering demons while trying to achieve spirituality. Through achieving Spirit, I only feel love with no fear and can overpower evil that is only an immature soul trying to find its self.
The Spirit of Adoption and the Redemption of Creation
Romans 8:15 says that you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear, but the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry “Abba.” For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same hope. The creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. We know that the whole creation groans and travailes in pain together until now. They, as well as ourselves, have the firstfruits of the Spirit, and we groan within ourselves waiting for the adoption, namely the redemption of our body.

Spiritual Evolution and Higher Realizations
The process of learning through reincarnation can enable man, the devil, to be resurrected into spirit. New, young, selfish, aggressive, greedy, and negative souls replace the old, sinful, and devilish ones that have reformed.
In November 2018, I discovered my ability to read people’s spiritual levels. These levels exist in the forehead and can be either negative or positive, ranging from an infinite plus number to minus 100.
On 6/28/22 – while my wife was recording me meditating on my back to show a elderly psychic teacher how to do it, I noticed a 106 energy field [which is the number of an invisible positive extra dimensional energy] stretching from above my knee to my eyes and slightly on me.

Final Ascension and Future Revelations
3/2/2025 – I’m over seven billion four hundred million units of Spirits energy, which equates to the 89th level of Spirit. I’m able to access 74% of my brain’s capacity. I’m continuing to gain two levels of spirit and brain capacity each week.
